From crisis to opportunity.

When we think about crisis, the first thing that usually comes to mind is something negative or critical. But if we look beyond what seems obvious and see it from a neutral perspective, we find that the Royal Spanish Academy defines it as: “A profound change with important consequences in a process or situation, or in the way these are perceived.”

If we want to give it a positive meaning, we could quote Albert Einstein, who said: “Crisis is the best blessing that can happen to people and countries, because crisis brings progress.”

Without a doubt, 2020 was a year of global change that affected every area of life. It changed the way we live together, the way we work, and the way we sell. Consumers also changed their preferences regarding the products and services they buy, and not only that: they also expect companies to change the way they respond to their needs. That means it is no longer enough to sell a product or service; you must create value for your customers.

In this situation, only two options remain: adapt to change and grow, or resist it and stay stuck.

Electronic communication has undoubtedly kept us close despite social distancing. If it has allowed schools to rethink how they teach and companies to rethink how they work with their teams, why not take advantage of technology to renew yourself, become known, sell more, and help your business keep growing?
